Georgia Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcge@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Georgia Government controlled BTCGE address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Georgia ("BTCGE") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Georgia Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Georgia has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
